Outsmart the Competition: Year-End Strategies to Boost Your Commercial Cleaning Sales

How we just closed one of our best week of the year

Hello friends and good last day of work for most of you !!

Today, I want to give you one of our best tips that helped us close one of our biggest weeks of the year.

As the year draws to a close, it's crucial to maintain a relentless focus on your sales pipeline. While many of your competitors may be winding down for the holidays, now is the perfect time to capitalize on the unique circumstances of the season.

  • Winter is just around the corner, and your prospective clients may want to make a change before the full brunt of the cold weather hits. If their current cleaning provider isn't meeting their needs, they'll be eager to find a new partner before the new year.

  • Many clients tend to hold off on this projects until the end of the year, when things are a bit slower. This presents an opportunity for you to swoop in and secure new business before the competition

By staying diligent with your follow-up and sales process, you can set your commercial cleaning business up for a strong finish to the year. Here are some strategies to help you capitalize on this critical time:

Prioritize Your Pipeline

Take a close look at your current sales pipeline and identify the prospects closest to closing. Focus your efforts on these leads, as they are the most likely to convert before the year is out.

Increase Your Outreach

Don't let your foot off the gas on prospecting and outreach. Make a concerted effort to connect with potential clients, whether it's through phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings. Persistence is key, as some clients may need a little extra push to make a decision.

Offer Incentives

Consider offering special year-end promotions or discounts to sweeten the deal for your prospective clients. This could be a limited-time discount on your services, a free trial period, or even a bonus add-on service. The goal is to make your offer irresistible !

Leverage Your Existing Relationships

Don't forget about the clients you already have. Reach out to them and see if they might be interested in any additional services or upgrades before the year is up. This can be a great way to generate additional revenue and strengthen your existing relationships.

The Power of Persistence

By staying focused and persistent in your sales efforts, you can position your commercial cleaning business for a strong finish to the year. Just this week, we were able to close a $35,000/month contract by maintaining a relentless follow-up strategy with a prospect.

If you would like to grow your cleaning business to this level I’ll be starting a community when we come back of the Holiday season. If you might be interested and want some detail. Just reply "Interested" to this email and I’ll send you some detail.

I won’t be posting for the reminder of the year so I can spend time with my Family so I hope you have a great time and Happy Christmas to all of you and see you next year !!
